Our Story
A girl from Seattle and a boy from New Jersey met in college and started their life journey together. They grew their careers separately, with Sharon in marketing and brand management at Unilever, and Ted in communications and public affairs at AIG.
Their results speak for themselves. Sharon has grown brands exponentially by developing creative campaigns and using customer insights to drive award-winning product innovations. Ted has been recognized for guiding world-leading companies through strategic transformations by creating impactful communications and using technology to accelerate success.
But their greatest result has been raising two fabulous daughters.

Ted Nevins
I am a communications executive who knows how to get things done, transforming businesses with innovative and creative solutions.
During my career, I have led communications for innovation, technology, and cybersecurity groups, and driven AI adoption at Travelers Insurance. Previously, I created the communication team at Prudential for all corporate functions including HR, finance, and technology. I also directed internal communications at AIG during the financial crisis.
I am known for developing strong and trusted relationships with my partners, executing campaigns that drive change, align with broader strategies, and accelerate ROI. This is achieved through creative storytelling, focusing on user experience, and engaging influencers to propel transformation.
On the side, I enjoy cooking, music, road cycling, and hiking with Sharon and our dog Lulu.
Sharon Nevins
I am a visionary marketing leader with extensive experience in building powerhouse consumer brands and products across a range of CPG categories.
My products have included plant-based beverages, yogurt, snacks, protein bars, hot sauces, condiments, spreads, frozen foods, and skincare.
I am passionate about developing insight-led, omnichannel media, and performance-based solutions that enable growth for both mature and emerging brands.
I am known for bringing a balanced and innate sense of creativity and a strategic voice to any team dynamic and am energized by growing entrepreneurial businesses.
I enjoy building high-performing teams and mentoring young talent. I also love traveling and the challenge of running marathons and hiking any mountain.
